Create your ZIP in three steps
- Select the PDF documents you want to send together.
- Choose a compression level and, optionally, a ZIP password.
- Create and download the ZIP, then check its size before attaching it to an email.
Pack PDFs together without changing their contents
ZIP packages multiple PDFs into one archive. It does not lower image quality, rewrite pages or optimize the PDF itself. Most PDFs already contain compressed data, so a ZIP may be similar in size or slightly larger.
When an email attachment is still too large
Check the receiving service attachment limit. If the ZIP still exceeds it, reduce the PDFs with a suitable PDF optimizer or share them through a service you trust. ZIP compression cannot guarantee that an attachment fits.
Local processing, practical limits
Selected files and archive passwords stay on your device. Browser memory, archive size and compression method affect what can be processed. The tool shows its current limits and reports unsupported or unsafe archives. Use a desktop archiver for large backups, multipart sets or filesystem metadata that must be restored exactly.
